Returns and Refunds
We take pride in our customer service and we hope that you'll come back :) We want you to be happy with our service. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the product back to us within 30 days and we'll refund your order (minus to/from shipping costs).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Simply ship it back to us and we'll apply a refund to your order.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. In some instances, sale items may be refunded for the sale cost of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
MarketCOL will only accept return items that have a verifiable tracking number from major shipping providers (i.e. USPS, FEDEX, UPS). Please make sure to include your tracking number in case of lost return packages.
